What You’ll Do
As a Tax Senior or Tax Manager, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax compliance, planning, and advisory services to a diverse client base. Depending on your experience, you will take increasing ownership of client relationships, review and guide staff work, mentor team members, and help drive process improvements across engagements.
Key Responsibilities

Prepare and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, businesses, trusts, and nonprofit organizations.

Provide tax planning, research, and advisory support to help clients make informed decisions.

Manage client communication, deadlines, notices, and planning opportunities.

Review staff work, mentor team members, and help lead engagements

What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and CPA license required.

Five or more years of public accounting experience with a strong focus on tax.

Experience preparing and reviewing individual, business, and fiduciary tax returns.

Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Experience with tax preparation and research software such as UltraTax, SurePrep, Co-Counsel, and Excel is preferred.
